Yozakura is the magic moment of fleeting beauty when Japanese cherry blossom is admired and celebrated under the light of the moon. After maturing in oak casks for 29 years at the Glenfiddich Distillery, Grand Yozakura is finished in exquisitely rare Awamori casks from Okinawa, to give an unforgettable taste. This limited edition is housed in an elegant whisky box with Sakura imagery, and a hanko stamp engraved bespoke stopper finished with a cloth capsule with a poem.

Nose: Zesty, ripe fruits and caramelised almonds. Lovely rich oak notes with hints of cinnamon and a distinctive herbal zing.

Taste: Indulgent layers of toasted oak, creamy vanilla toffee and silky tannin. Sporadic bursts of spice and sherbet lemons with crunchy green apple and warming earthy tones.

Finish: Long lasting oak.
